LFP 400V BATTERY PACK

The CirculaCar 38 kWh Large Battery Pack is a high voltage battery pack, which has a nominal voltage of 358 V and a energy storage capacity of 38 kWh, this lithium iron phosphate (LFP) pack is engineered for efficiency and reliability. The pack has a continuous charge power of 20 kW and a peak charging power of 36 kW.  The battery pack is compact, measuring 1300 x 800 x 242 mm, and weighs just 435 kg, making it easy to integrate into electric vehicles. Additionally, it boasts a durable construction with screwed cell battery tabs, enhancing its repairability and longevity.

With our technology, you can access a wealth of real-time data related to the battery and your vehicle as a whole. Monitor consumption, mileage, remaining range, speed, battery percentage, and remaining charging time, among other essential information, at a glance.

But that's not all. Our platform also allows you to send commands to your vehicle, such as pre-conditioning the battery to optimise performance in all weather conditions. Moreover, this connectivity offers enormous potential for the development of future products through more in-depth data analysis.

Repairable and recyclable:

Thanks to CirculaCar technology, we have developed the ability to precisely detect which cell is malfunctioning within our batteries in case of an accident or failure, meaning you don't have to replace the entire pack.
Unlike batteries commonly found in consumer vehicles, our innovative approach allows for the replacement of only the faulty cell, saving you money and contributing to extending the lifespan of the batteries.
