Originally founded 65 years ago as a trading company for agricultural implement power transmission component parts, we have evolved into an established driveline manufacturer with global operations.  Headquartered in Houston, Texas, our products are sold under six brands to leading OEMs manufacturing equipment for both on and off highway markets and finding application in agriculture, construction,
mining, commercial vehicles, and motorsports.
